On Saturday January 19th we moved to a different online booking platform.  We are hoping that you will enjoy the added bells and whistles of the new platform, such as the ability to add yourself to a wait list, customization of your appointment reminders, etc.

All new and existing patients will be asked to create a username and password in order to gain access to the new system.  You will not have success trying to login with your username and password from our old system!

Please note that we are asking all patients, new and existing, who are coming into the clinic for an appointment to please fill out a Confidential Health History Form.  This can be done through your online booking account.

For those of you who have a valid email in our database, you will have received a welcome email with instructions on how to setup your account.  For those of you who did not receive a welcome email, simply click on this link leftcoasthealth.janeapp.com and you will be able to sign up from there.

We would like to thank you in advance for your patience as we work out the kinks on this new system.  It will be a great change for everyone!
