Left Coast Health is pleased to announce that Patty Smyth RMT has joined our team of therapists.

Patty graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, BC.

Patty believes that every day is a good day to improve and maintain health and wellness, and that the human body has a tremendous capacity to heal and thrive with very basic requirements.

Patty utilizes the following techniques in her practice – active and passive stretching, trigger point release, deep tissue massage, joint mobilizations, myofascial release, relaxation and Swedish techniques.  Patty also employs Manual Lymph Drainage; a gentle and rhythmic massage technique that assists drainage of lymph fluid in tissue swelling, calms the nervous system, decreases pain, releases tension, and promotes healing.

Patty is very excited to be joining the team at Left Coast Health and looks forward to helping you to reach your optimum health.
