What We can Do for You
Our clinic is pleased to offer registered massage therapy services.
We strive to help you achieve optimal health, fitness and performance so that you can be active and enjoy everything that life on the left coast has to offer.
Our therapists use an evidence-based approach and collaborate with you to create a treatment plan that addresses your goals. During your session our therapists use a variety of modalities, including but not limited to: manual therapy, exercise prescription and provision of relevant education/advice.
Booking An Appointment
To book an appointment online you can simply click the Online Booking link in the top right hand corner of any page on our website. This will prompt you to create a profile that will enable you to book and cancel appointments at your leisure.
If you would prefer to book over the phone, please call us @ 250-475-7630.
Wait List - Should you be unable to book a desired appointment you can add yourself to a wait list through your online booking account or you can call us and we can do it for you.
