The health and safety of our clients, our team and our community is our top priority. Under the guidance of the World Health Organization and the BC Centre for Disease Control, we have put in place procedures and protocols to keep any potential risks away from the clinic and to keep our clinic itself incredibly clean…

We are increasing our cleaning regimen through actively disinfecting all door handles, surfaces and equipment before and after every appointment.

We are asking that staff stay home if they are experiencing any flu or cold-like symptoms.

We ask that patients cancel their appointment and stay home if they show and flu or cold-like symptoms.

We ask staff and patients to stay home if they have recently traveled outside of Canada or have been in contact with someone who has traveled outside of Canada and returned home within the last 14 days.

Please ensure that you have been symptom free for 14 days before booking in with us at the clinic.

Our 24 hour cancellation policy will not be in effect if you are feeling unwell or sick.

Our staff is washing their hands before and after every appointment. We request that you do the same.

We continue to closely monitor updates from the World Health Organization and the BC Centre for Disease Control and are looking to them for guidance. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
